What is the cost of shipping?
We have a free in-store pickup policy. And for online orders, all orders above 200 (USD), shipping is done free of cost.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
As soon as we receive your order we pack your product properly, sanitize the packaging before dispatch. Then we dispatch the product at the given address. It takes about 2-5 days for orders to reach you.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@karishma.nyc and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
return & exchange policy
Most of our products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. Products that are on discount are not eligible for online returns.
If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at info@karishma.nyc within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.
